We can’t place anyone today
A referral puts a name on the waiting list; we reach out the day a home opens nearby.
We are not an emergency service
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. For a mental-health, substance, or suicide crisis, call or text 988. For shelter or services tonight, dial 211. For domestic violence, call 1-800-799-7233.
We can’t guarantee a placement — ever
Even once we are licensed, fit and funding decide every admission. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right setting before anyone builds a plan around it.
We are not legal, medical, or clinical providers
We do not give legal or medical advice and do not replace a lawyer, doctor, or therapist. For legal help dial 211 or search LawHelp.org; for care, keep your clinicians.
We can’t override other systems’ decisions
We cannot change a court ruling, a hospital discharge, a probation condition, or a program’s eligibility rules. We can help you understand them and plan around them.
We won’t sell or share your information
We use your information only to understand your situation and follow up. We do not sell it, and we do not share it without your permission, except where required by law.
What we can do
Give you a real answer within one business day. Hold your place on the waiting list. Tell you the truth about funding and fit. And, when a home opens near you, coordinate admission with the worker who referred — not around them.
