Mai Heaven is a supported home operator. Nothing on this site is an offer of housing, a promise of placement, or medical, legal, or financial advice.

You may read this site, link to it, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not:
- Copy, republish, or mirror this site or substantial parts of it
- Reproduce the design, structure, or wording as the basis of another site or service
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content by any automated means
- Use any content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or ground a machine learning model
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice
Express reservation of rights against text and data mining
We expressly reserve all rights in this site's content against text and data mining, web scraping, and use in the development or training of any artificial intelligence or machine learning system.
This reservation is made under Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790 and asserted under all other applicable law. It is declared in machine-readable form at /tdm-policy.json, in /robots.txt, in /llms.txt, and in the tdm-reservation metadata on our pages.
No implied licence to mine, scrape, or train is granted by making this site publicly readable. Access by any automated system constitutes acceptance of these terms.
We recognise a practical limit here and would rather state it than pretend otherwise: a determined party can copy anything a browser can display. These terms do not make that impossible. What they do is remove any argument that it was permitted, which is what matters if we ever have to act on it.
Trademarks
“Mai Heaven”, the Mai Heaven name and word mark, and the plum blossom device are trademarks of Mai Heaven. Nothing here grants any licence to use them.
You may not use our name, marks, or branding to suggest affiliation, endorsement, or partnership that does not exist. You may not present yourself as Mai Heaven, or operate a service that could be mistaken for us. Given who this organisation serves, someone impersonating us could cause real harm to vulnerable people, and we will treat it accordingly.
Automated access
Search engine indexing is welcome — being findable is the point. Answer engines may reference and cite this site.
The following are not permitted, and are refused in robots.txt:
- Crawlers collecting content for AI training corpora or datasets
- Bulk downloaders, mirroring tools, and content aggregators
- Any automated access that ignores
robots.txtor evades rate limits
The waiting list and anything you send us
Joining the waiting list is not an application and does not hold a place in any queue. We may not be able to help, and we will tell you plainly if we cannot.
Do not send health information through this website or by email. Neither is a secure channel. Send enough for us to understand the situation, and we will arrange a secure way to share anything more. Information you send us is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Reporting a security problem
If you find a vulnerability, please tell us at security@maiheaven.com. If you report in good faith, do not access or alter anyone's data beyond what is needed to demonstrate the issue, and give us reasonable time before publishing, we will not pursue legal action against you. Details at /.well-known/security.txt.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content here infringes your copyright, write to privacy@maiheaven.com with enough detail to identify the work and the material in question, and we will act on it.
No warranty, and limits
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything in it.
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the current version.
