Name, how to reach you, the general type of need, and the timeframe. No medical records or diagnoses needed — we keep the first touch de-identified and set up a secure channel for anything clinical.
You get a confirmation from a person (currently our founder reads every one), telling you it’s received and who is handling it. This clock is tracked, not aspirational.
We look at whether we can genuinely serve this person’s needs, and whether we have — or when we will have — a place. We will not over-promise to win a referral.
One of three, always with a reason (see below). No vague “we’ll be in touch.”
Ask for an update at any point and you’ll get one. You will never be left guessing where your client stands.
We can serve them. You get the concrete next steps and timing.
We can’t place them today (often: no home open yet). We tell you why, and hold them on the waitlist so they’re first when we can.
We’re not the right fit for this person. We say why, quickly, and point you toward options that are.
