Referral Relationship Standards

Accountability, transparency, and long-term partnership — not one-off transactions.

Our Referral Relationship Standards

We believe that strong, consistent referrals come from real relationships, verified communication, and ongoing engagement with the professionals who guide individuals into supportive care environments. Our referral model is built on accountability, transparency, and long-term partnership.

To ensure the highest quality of placements and continuity of care, we maintain and develop relationships across the full spectrum of referral sources, including:

Our standards require that any referral partner or referral-support service we work with must demonstrate the following:

1. Direct Referral Relationships

2. Formal Placement Agreements

3. Dedicated Outreach Infrastructure

4. Referral Tracking Systems

5. Proof of Consistent Placements

6. Residual Client Flow

7. Operational Deliverables

Our Commitment

We do not rely on vague promises or generic consulting packages. Our referral philosophy is rooted in real relationships, measurable outcomes, and long-term collaboration with the professionals who serve our community. We hold ourselves — and any partner we work with — to these standards to ensure consistent, high-quality placements and continuity of care for every individual we serve.

One standard we hold ourselves to that is not on this list because it is non-negotiable: no fee is ever paid or accepted per referral. The federal Anti-Kickback Statute and EKRA make that a criminal offence once services are reimbursable through Medicaid, Medicare or a federal program, and it would undermine the exact independence a placement decision requires. Relationships here are built on response time, communication and reliability — never payment.
