Behavioral health housing in North Carolina

A small, staffed home for adults managing a behavioral-health condition who are stable enough to leave a unit but have nowhere structured to go.

What we are building

A residential home — not a locked unit, not a crisis bed — for people who need predictability, structure, and staff who work with their clinicians rather than around them. Awake overnight staffing where a resident's plan requires it.

Trauma-informed and stability-first

Continuity of care

We implement the existing treatment and behaviour support plan and coordinate with the outpatient prescriber and case manager.

De-escalation trained

Staff train on de-escalation, safety planning, and mandatory reporting; incidents are tracked to a safety plan.

Long-term stability

The goal is fewer re-disruptions and repeated failed placements — a permanent home, not another short stay.

Who it is for

Not a crisis bed. For an active psychiatric emergency, call or text 988. This page is for planned, structured discharge for when a home opens.

Refer someone, or get the day we open

We hold no operating license in North Carolina yet and cannot place someone today. This page is so you know what we accept, and so you are first to hear. For an immediate need, the crisis and placement numbers are on our resources page.
