Is my client a fit?

Answer a few quick questions to see whether a small Mai Heaven supported-living home is the right setting — before you spend time on a referral. Nothing is stored or submitted; this is a self-check.

1. Does the person require 24-hour skilled nursing, a ventilator, or acute medical care?
2. Do they need a locked/secure facility, or are they in an active psychiatric or medical crisis right now?
3. Are they generally stable day-to-day (not needing hospital-level care)?
4. Do they need ongoing daily support and a structured place to live (not just a room)?
5. Which best describes them? (optional)
This is a general self-check, not an admission decision. Once a home opens, every referral gets a real pre-admission review — send anything you're unsure about; we would rather say no quickly than have you not ask.
